Apartment I Balconi
Three-room apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the beautiful town of Iseo, the apartment is located on the first floor inside an intimate courtyard, a two-minute walk from the center of the village. Guests are welcomed in a large and bright living room, divided into a dining room, with separate kitchen fully equipped, a living area with double sofa, furniture, TV and Wi-Fi.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. Going up the internal staircase, you reach the sleeping area, air-conditioned, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main room has a double bed, large wardrobe, french door with access to one of the two balconies. The second room has three single beds, a bedside table with abat-jour and a large built-in wardrobe with chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary ware, cabinet with mirror and large bathtub.
Available to guests, both on the first floor and on the second floor, there are two loggias transformed into a relaxation area.
The property has a covered and underground parking space about 500 meters away at a cost of 5 Euros per night.
Pets allowed subject to authorization of the property at a cost of 30 Euros per stay.
