Guests can park their vehicles indoors inside the structure.
The large rooms are air-conditioned and enjoy natural light thanks to the large skylights and the characteristic octagonal windows overlooking the lake and the park. The kitchen is complete with small and large appliances. The garden is available to guests for their hours of relaxation in the sun or in the shade of the cedars. The beach can be used immediately outside the structure.
In addition to staying in their apartment, guests can use the garden with the gazebo under the cedar where it is possible to dine in the shade of the plants while enjoying the panorama of the lake and the mountains.
The villa is only 50m from grocery stores, bars and restaurants, accessible on foot via a wide sidewalk. At the same distance is access to the lake and ferries for a pleasant trip on the lake.
