Course “Le Buone Erbe Selvatiche”

Thursday, April 2nd, at 8:30 pm in the Civic Hall of the Sale Marasino Town Hall, the first session of the course “Le Buone Erbe Selvatiche”, led by Livio Pagliari, will take place.
This course is designed to help participants learn about and use wild herbs in the kitchen and beyond.
At the end of the lessons, there will be a field trip to the Portole area in Sale Marasino to identify and gather edible wild herbs.
Participation fee: 40 euros. Reservations are required.
