Extraordinary opening of the Tadini Chapel “Canova illuminato”
From Friday 29 September 2023 to Sunday 1 October 2023 - h. 21:00
From Friday 29 September to Sunday 1 October an extraordinary opening of the Tadini Chapel from 9 pm to midnight will be held, where the marble created by Antonio Canova and dedicated to the memory of his friend Faustino is placed.
The work will be illuminated by candlelight, for an intimate and evocative vision that restores it to us as its author and Count Tadini contemplated it more than two hundred years ago.
On this occasion, admission to the Tadini Chapel will be free.
During the event, the museum will also be open to the public, where it will be possible to visit Cesare Tallone’s permanent collection on temporary exhibition, with the following rates:
– on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 September the price will follow the regular rate (€10.00 full, €7.00 reduced);
– on Sunday 1 October the price will follow the “coffee for the museum” offer, i.e. the possibility of visiting only the permanent collection for €2.00; to be able to visit (in addition to the permanent collection) also the temporary exhibition of Cesare Tallone, the price will follow the regular rate (€10.00 full, €7.00 reduced).
