“ClaRUNbella” – 3rd Edition

On Sunday 1st September, with meeting point from 8.00 to 8.50 a.m., Cascina Clarabella in Corte Franca will host “ClaRUNbella”, an event that aims to promote mental health.
The day’s programme includes a 12-kilometre non-competitive run starting at 9.30 a.m. and a 3- or 12-kilometre walk also suitable for families starting at 9.00 a.m.
The main route runs through the heart of Franciacorta, among the towns of Corte Franca, Iseo and Adro.
From 8.00 a.m. for all participants, accompanying persons and all those who wish to join in, it is possible to have breakfast at the café.
From 10.00
a.m. to 5.00 p.m., tastings of Franciacorta Clarabella or draught beer from the Curtense craft brewery are available. For fans of sparkling wines, there will also be guided tours of the winery with tastings of Franciacorta organic DOCG and samples of the territory, booking required by writing to [email protected].
From 10.00 a.m. onwards, entertainment for children begins with music and children’s make-up.
At 11.00 a.m. after the prize-giving ceremony, the local associations that collaborate with Cascina Clarabella will introduce themselves to the public present.
Lunch, with tables and chairs set up in the park, is served from 12.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.: a rich refreshment of classic, stuffed and vegan pinta, bread and sausage, cakes and sweets. For runners, the lunch-box is included in the registration fee. The service is provided by users and educators from the Cascina Clarabella day centre and community.
In the afternoon, the party continues with music and entertainment, until 5.00 pm.
Throughout the event, various hobby stands and the photo exhibitions ‘IL VIAGGIO’ by Antonella Pizzamiglio and ‘RACCONTI FLASH, storie di emozioni sensibili e fragili’ curated by SRP1 Rovato, will be open to visitors.
Registration fee €10.00, including lunch-box (subject to availability); a symbolic prize of bottles of Franciacorta bio DOCG Clarabella is reserved for the first three classified.
