From Friday, October 10th to Sunday, October 12th in Piazza Dante in Castegnato, “Franciacorta in Bianco“, the traditional national exhibition of dairy products, will be held. Three days immersed in the best of Italian dairy art with tastings, courses, and the possibility of purchasing products on site.

The “Franciacorta in Bianco” event is known to the general public as the most important annual review of dairy products.

This event, characterised by the almost exclusive presence of niche products, is aimed at researching and valorising typical products and preserving the traditions of the places where the historic dairy products are produced, as well as disseminating the culture of flavours in their ancient and authentic forms.
