The Social Policy Committee of the Municipality of Sovere is organising a book launch for Thursday 4 June for the book “Tutti gli uomini (possono cambiare le cose)” by Irene Facheris.

The event will take place at the P. Guizzetti Municipal Library, 5 Via San Carlo, at 8.30 pm.

Free admission, subject to availability.

What does it mean to be a man today? And how can we build a different kind of masculinity, one that isn’t confined by traditional models?
TUTTI GLI UOMINI (POSSONO CAMBIARE LE COSE) by Irene Facheris [@cimdrp] weaves together dozens of accounts from men who have decided to talk about their relationships with themselves, with other men, and with women. It explores the themes of fathers and role models, reticence and complicity, consent and desire, power and fears. It is an invitation to create a space for dialogue, to stop defending ourselves and start transforming ourselves. Because all men have the privilege – and therefore the opportunity – to bring about change.
