COCKTAIL – Sarnico Color Suites is a spacious, brand-new two-room apartment (2025) where light floods in and your vacation begins right away. Located just outside the historic center, you’ll be surrounded by alleys, bars, and the lakefront in just two minutes; upon your return, peace and comfort await.
Pharmacies, bakeries, and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away: here, you can truly forget about your car. On the first floor (with elevator): double bedroom, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, and a bright living area with fast Wi-Fi, TV, table for four, and a double sofa bed (18 cm high mattress). The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Fresh spaces and colorful accents create a simple and relaxing atmosphere. You’ll also find a small private balcony with table and chairs.
Dedicated covered parking space + wallbox (not on-site, for a fee). Underfloor heating and air conditioning.
