Holiday house with a large garden. Detached house on several levels located in a hilly area, between Iseo and lakes. A vast garden surrounds it entirely. The ground floor includes a bathroom with shower, laundry room, cellar, tavern, a large garage and an adjacent courtyard with additional parking spaces. On the first floor there is the living / sleeping area: kitchen with balcony, 30sqm lounge with TV and play corner, 4 bedrooms (2 of which are double with balcony, one with 2 single beds and balcony, and a single bed with direct exit to the garden), bathroom with shower / tub, closet and library with books in various languages. Upstairs there is an attic with double bed and toilet / sanitary. In the large garden there are a swing, a gazebo, and a 70sqm terrace used as an area for relaxation / aperitif. The house is entirely fenced. Small pets are allowed (with supplement). The entire house, fully equipped, is for the exclusive use of guests. The Check-in is personally done by us and we are available for any type of assistance.
