Apartment with private entrance with code (you will receive it at the booking) or by installing a simple app on your smartphone (app to download before your stay). Possibility of private parking for motorbikes and bicycles, while for cars there are free public parking.
Inside the CIVICO 2 will pamper you a home automation system equipped with presence sensor for light and air control (CO2).
The house in on 3 floors and consists of: on the ground floor relaxation area with home theater and bar, on the first floor there is the living room and on second floor is the bedroom with desk and terrace.
