Sapori del Lago d’Iseo. #tesoridacquadolce” is a project that involves restaurants, fishmongers, delicatessens, but also food bloggers and local cuisine lovers.
The goal is to create a circuit of lake cuisine’s ambassadors to enhance fish products, preserve tradition and revitalize the entire supply chain, from fishing to locally sourced products on the customers’ tables.

In their restaurants you can enjoy traditional recipes such as baked stuffed tench, dried shads with polenta, battered perch fillets, fried lake fish, whitefish “in carpione”, char and trout marinated and smoked. But also new proposals with creative dishes such as trout tartare, pike ravioli, sandwich with lake prawns, wholemeal pasta allo scoglio and even exotic dishes such as freshwater sashimi.
