The chapel is located next to the parish church, inside the old cemetery, and took shape towards the end of the eighteenth century on a project by the architect Antonio Spazzi. The octagonal building recalls the architecture of the ancient Romanesque baptisteries. Within the large mirrors of the external walls the painter from Iseo Domenico Voltolini described some episodes of the Passion of Christ and the life of the Virgin: today almost completely disappeared. The interior has decorations of a Marian character more suitable for the current use dedicated to the cult of the Madonna.
