The museum teaches: the stars
Sunday 23 March 2025 - h. 15:00

Hakuna Matata Lake Iseo, in collaboration with the Civic Museum of Natural Sciences “A. Amighetti” of Lovere, organizes “Il museo insegna”, a series of family workshops for children aged 6 to 12, that will take place at the Museum, to explore the world of science while having fun.
On Sunday 23 March, the workshop will start at 3:00 pm, will last about 2 hours and will also include a visit to the Museum of Natural Sciences.
What is the universe? What is it made of? How was it born? We will try to answer these questions through a creative workshop that brings the little ones closer to the world of scientific research.
From an early age we wonder about what we observe, even asking questions that the scientific community has not yet been able to answer, such as: ‘Where do we come from?’
The Big Bang theory is currently the most accredited theory for explaining the origin of the universe, but there is still no experimental evidence for this. Similarly, we still do not know what the universe is made of and how it will evolve. For this reason, scientific research is committed to the progress of knowledge.
The workshop aims to introduce the little ones to the concept of the universe and its characteristics, showing how science and technology are closely connected.
It is recommended to bring notebooks and pens.
