As part of the Crystallino’s 3rd Theater Season, “Cenerentola 301”, a marionette and puppet show starring Daria Paoletta and Raffaele Scarimboli, will be performed at the Crystal Theater in Lovere on Sunday 25 January 2026, at 3:00 PM.

Raffaele and Daria, two professional puppeteers, know that to tell this ancient fairy tale, perhaps the most famous and widespread of all fairy tales, they need a stepmother, two stepsisters, a prince, a king, and a young girl: Cinderella. But they don’t know what awaits them. The puppets, in fact, immediately reveal a life of their own. Raffaele has just finished sculpting the stepmother and is already amazed by her accent; the stepsisters complain about how the puppeteer has refined them; the king, her father, struggles to be present; Cinderella questions her dream; the prince procrastinates on his responsibilities. Daria, for her part, struggles to maintain a balance between the parts, but inexorably, the plans become blurred, and the thin line between reality and imagination becomes increasingly blurred. In the end, the pair of entertainers will succeed in telling the tale, but only through their own personal experience.
