The apartment is located in Zocco (hamlet of Erbusco), a very quiet village and placed among the hills and vineyards of Franciacorta.
The two-room apartment (completely available to guests) consists of a bedroom (furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a large wardrobe and a television), a bathroom with shower and a living area used as a kitchen, a dining room and a relaxation area; the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including induction cookers, pans, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, oven, coffee maker and kettle.
The house overlooks the main road of the village and nearby you can find many free parkings, charging stations for electric cars and a secure and covered parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
