Casa Caponetti is a large apartment on the first floor of a two-family villa. You will be enchanted by the splendid view overlooking Lake Iseo and its mountains.
Two huge panoramic windows make the living room unique! The apartment enjoys large spaces: separate kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.
The whole house is surrounded by balconies and large windows that make it full of light. It has just been whitewashed and furnished and almost all the furniture is new. You will find various comforts such as indispensable for the kitchen, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, disabled-compatible shower, etc. We provide bicycles and organize private boat trips. It will be possible to provide bath towels and sheets on request.
Finally, we inform you that from 1 July 2023 the Municipality of Costa Volpino requires a tourist tax of 1 euro per person.
