On Saturday April 2nd at 8.00 pm at the Foro Boario in Rovato the Gala del Manzo all’Olio will be held.
The menu includes: beef tartare with pickled vegetables, Rovato’s beef cooked with oil De.Co. with polenta, apple pie with Chantilly cream, water, wine and coffee.
Paid event (full menu € 30 per person) upon reservation.
