From Friday 11th to Sunday 13th October, “Franciacorta in Bianco” the traditional national exhibition of dairy products, will be held in Castegnato. Three days immersed in the best of Italian dairy art with tastings, courses and the possibility of purchasing products on site.

The “Franciacorta in Bianco” event is known to the general public as the most important annual review of dairy products.

This event, characterised by the almost exclusive presence of niche products, is aimed at researching and valorising typical products and preserving the traditions of the places where the historic dairy products are produced, as well as disseminating the culture of flavours in their ancient and authentic forms.

Opening hours are as follows:
Friday from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Sunday 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
