Galà del Manzo all’Olio di Rovato

Saturday, April 5th at 7:30 pm at the Foro Boario in Rovato the Gala del Manzo all’Olio will be held.
The menu includes: tasting of salumi from the Norcini Bresciani Association of Rovato, Franciacorta’s risotto, Rovato’s beef cooked with oil DE.CO. and polenta from San Carlo Grani’s farm, dessert, water, wine and coffee.
