On Sunday 22 May 2022 at 5.30 p.m., at the Church of San Lorenzo of Gussago, the Cultural Opera Association LIRICArte, with the patronage of the Municipality, presents ‘Appuntamento con la lirica’, a concert dedicated to Mrs. Rosa Franceschini Zamboni.

The concert will be performed by:
The sopranos Piera Cazzago, Sofia Pancaldi, Liviana Scaduto, Rosaria Tuana
The baritones Ermanno Iore and Angelo Maccarana
Guest guitarist Mario Fabrini

On the programme will be many arias from melodrama, among Rosa Franceschini Zamboni’s favourites: La Vergine degli angeli, Tutte le feste al tempio, Eri tu, Di Provenza, Casta Diva, Donde Lieta, Vissi D’arte, Un bel dì vedremo. Some chamber arias will also be performed: Ave Maria by Schubert and O mio Signor dal largo by Handel will be the dedicated prayers.
