The Agorà Cultural Club and the P. Guizzetti Civic Library with the ARCI club and the Municipality of Sovere are hosting a widespread exhibition of contemporary art in the ancient village of San Gregorio, where you will find painters, poets, readers, musicians, photographers… and artists of all kinds.

Friday 26 May 2023

– 4.30 pm: Parco San Gregorio “Un tappeto di fiori” artistic performance for children and adults while holding a conference with Walter Negrinotti and after-school children from the Ivory Coast. (Boooking is required, to book call num. 0039 328 8136 898 – cost €5 adult + child, which will be donated directly to Walter Negrinotti )

– 9.00 pm: Courtyard of Palazzo Silvestri “Memorie di Clara” journey between love and history … music and readings by the Orchestra Bequadro of the I.C. “Daniele Spada” of Sovere and the CRA of Piario.

-from 14:00 to 21:00: Widespread art exhibition, the streets of the village will be enlivened by loud readers, musicians, workshops for children, more than 50 artists of all kinds will exhibit their works.

– 4.00 pm: Sala del Camino, inauguration of the personal exhibition of the Soverese painter Antonio Zanni, a tribute to his ninety years.

– 5.30 pm: Circolo ARCI: “Poetic appetizer”. Four poets will entertain us with their verses alternating with musical pieces. At the end, appetizer with buffet.

– 8.45 pm: Courtyard of the former convent of the nuns “La Taverna del Diavolo” the story of Simone Pianetti, a theatrical performance of interpreted reading and musical accompaniment with Alberto Salvi, Matilde Facheris and Gino Zambelli.

-from 10:00 to 20:00: Widespread art exhibition, the streets of the village will be cheered by loud readers, musicians, workshops for children, more than 50 artists of all kinds will exhibit their works.

– 10.30 am: Piazzetta F. Pergolini (at the fountain): Inauguration of an artwork of art created by Marco Meloni.

– 6.30 pm: Piazza Padre Antonio Berta (former spinning mill): “La Banda dell’Ortica… and other stories” will perform a tribute to Enzo Jannacci with the musical corps of Leffe directed by Oscar Gelmi, with the special guest Boris Savoldelli on vocals, arrangements by Corrado Guarino.

– 8.15 pm: Filatoio restaurant: “Enzo Jannacci’s Milan: dinner based on typical dishes of Milanese cuisine”. Booking by 25 May by calling 0039 035 979 918 (fare: €25).

In the event of rain, the performances will take place in the Sala del Sogno of the oratory.

During the event and for the whole following week it will be possible to visit the personal exhibition of the painter Antonio Zanni in the fireplace room of the “P. Guizzetti” Civic Library during the library’s opening hours and on Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 to 6pm.
