The Basilica of Santa Maria in Valvendra in Lovere will host the meeting “Geofilosofia dell’Europa: tra conflitto e speranza” on Thursday 15 May 2025 with Massimo Cacciari, Italian philosopher, essayist, politician and commentator, mayor of Venice from 1993 to 2000 and from 2005 to 2010 and as moderator Professor Giuseppe D’Anna.

During the event there will be musical interludes by Fabio Bettoli – trumpet, Francesco Cocchetti – trumpet and Giacomo Domenighini – trombone.

The event is on free admission until all seats are taken and will begin at 20:30.
