On the occasion of the “Festival of stories and places. Books on the lake 2023”, on Friday, June 16^th at 7.00 pm at the Stella Maris Park (Lido Fontanì) in Sarnico, the writer and popularizer of medieval history Livio Gambarini will present his latest novel “La Papessa di Milano. Le cronache dei Visconti”, to be released in May by Piemme Editore.

The author will masterfully lead the public between political intrigues and religious ideals, making them privileged spectators of the most dramatic inquisitorial process of the Lombard Middle Ages.
