Oil, fish and Franciacorta

From Friday 16th October to Sunday 15th November 2020 the restaurants and bars on Monte Isola celebrate local specialties: extra virgin olive oil and fish from Lake Iseo combined with Franciacorta wine.
The exhibition “Oil, fish and Franciacorta” is joined by 8 restaurants with their own menu. They are recognizable by the dedicated poster on the windows.
On 18th October it will be possible to visit the production plant of the dried sardines on Monte Isola (by Soardi Fishermen Slow food Presidium, in Carzano 38): from 9.30 to 13.30 a tasting of sardines, polenta and new oil from Monte Isola will be offered in combination with Franciacorta Brut Clarabella.
