On the occasion of the literary review “Impressioni di settembre” for the 3rd edition, organized by the Agorà cultural club of Sovere, on Thursday 29 August 2024 at 8.45 pm in the garden of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Torre in Sovere, a meeting will be held aimed to raise awareness of the current literary reality through the authors of the Sebino-Camuno territory.

On the occasion of the event Paola Facchinetti, in dialogue with the author Milena Piccinelli, will present the book “Il Pontaccio”, with readings by: Cristina Cacciola, Tania Ferrari, Andrea Gollinucci and Luciano Villa.

Born in 1969, graduated in Modern Literature, Milena Picinelli, with her novel “Il Pontaccio”, was able to create a world between the real and the dreamlike, the local and the universal, giving voice to men and women who seem archetypes in whose emotions we can identify with.

Milena writes her fragments for over thirty years, to snatch them from oblivion, fixing on pieces of paper, stories that urgently ask her to be written down.

The Minor, the teacher, the beautiful Angelica, the tobacconist, the poacher and love, in all its forms, give life to the civilization of Pontaccio, in which our territory is recognizable between the lake, the Gölem, the Trentapassi, the woods and chestnut groves.
