The Sistema Bibliotecario Sud Ovest Bresciano’s Festival, which this year reaches its 19th edition, presents a rich programme dedicated to the pleasure of discovering – or rediscovering – books and their authors.

Special places, which serve as an ideal stage setting for the readings and the music that accompanies them.

The leitmotif of this edition will be “The shape of beauty”: beauty, in all its forms, is a gift to be preserved and cultivated.

Meetings with the author and readings with live music offering the public different ways of involvement.

On Tuesday 23rd August, at 9 p.m. at the courtyard of Palazzo Almici-Frugoni in Coccaglio, the meeting “Ostinati per Natura” will take place, with readings by Barbara Mino accompanied by the guitar and singing of Piergiorgio Cinelli:

“An obstinate passion for nature (sometimes a little crazy in the eyes of most) moves some men and women of science, a passion that stems from curiosity for animals and becomes a love for research. Between the words and images, the music of an ironic and highly original ‘musical zoo’ by singer-songwriter Piergiorgio Cinelli’.
