On Saturday 4th November, at 8.30 pm, the show “Chronicle of a Death Foretold” from the masterpiece by Gabriel García Márquez will be held at the Parish Church of Foresto Sparso. The evening will revolve around a reading where words and music come together leaving the audience speechless.

Gabriel García Márquez’s novel is based on a true event that happened in a small town in Colombia. Santiago Nasar, accused of having taken away Angela Vicario’s honor, is murdered by the girl’s brothers. The narrator, a friend of Santiago, by questioning the people close to him, manages to reconstruct the events of the days before and after the crime.
A story about individual and collective responsibility.
