On Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March, on the occasion of the “Spring Festival – Food and Culture in Franciacorta”, Antica Fratta is pleased to share and explore with its guests the importance of time through a tour dedicated to the historicity of the place and its Franciacorta wines.

Past, present and future – participants will be guided through the corridors of the cellar dug into the rock in the second half of the 19th century and here, surrounded by bottles that testify to the history of Antica Fratta, they will be involved in a unique experience that will allow them to understand the fundamental role of time in the production of Franciacorta: the “À la Volée” dégorgement.

The guide will show the rooms of the historic Villa, where you will continue with the tasting of Riserva Quintessence 2007, Riserva Quintessence 2015 (current vintage) and Riserva Quintessence 2016.

The experience will last approximately 2 hours.
