On Saturday, June 4th at 9 pm at the Sanctuary Madonna dell’Avello in Cerezzata (Ome)  the theatre show entitled “Grate” will be staged, within the multidisciplinary Greenland Festival, that is divided into a wide range of theater performances, dance, circus and music spread in 12 municipalities of Franciacorta, between May and July 2022.

The protagonist Maria Chiara is a cloistered nun of the convent of the Poor Clares in Milan. At some point in his life she understood what her vocation was: to isolate herself from the world in order to be closer to it. So, she decides to tell a story about it, also to remove the prejudices everybody has against those who made such a radical choice.
