European Lakes Festival
From May 29th to June 2nd 2025 – Iseo (BS)
Italy's largest festival dedicated to Italian and European lakes
A meeting between nature, culture and lake tradition
The European Lakes Festival is an event organized by the Municipality of Iseo.
The event, born in 2010, aims to bring together all Italian, and some European, lakes in a festival that enhances the peculiarities of these unique environments both geographically, environmentally and culturally.

The historic center of the town on the shores of Lake Iseo hosts a selection of lakes, from the South to the North, whether small or large, to showcase the typical aspects of lake towns.
Experiences to live between tastes and notes
The Festival consists of a part dedicated to food and wine, namely the BontàLago market exhibition that highlights the typical productions of each lake with exhibitions, tastings and sale of products; a part dedicated to music, with two concerts of the Onde Musicali show, but also tastings, show-cookings, conferences, dialogues with writers.

A romantic setting between history and art
The thousands of visitors, who flock to Iseo to join the Festival, have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the romantic atmosphere of the enchanting scenery of the lake, tasting typical local specialties and more, visiting important monuments and works of art that the medieval layout of Iseo hosts: Piazza Garibaldi, Oldofredi Castle, the Parish Church and the Church of the Market, the picturesque streets and roads that branch off from the square, Via del Campo, Via Pusterla and much more.
