Cà de Bi – Società Agricola Srl
In the heart of Franciacorta, on the hills of Ome, at an altitude of 650 meters, lies the Fattoria Cà de Bì.
Its history is not rooted in generations of farmers, but stems from a courageous choice, a radical life change by Massimiliano, a former Tuscan manager who, approaching fifty, decided to abandon the corporate grind to pursue a long-standing passion and return to the land and animals.
In 2020, the farm began to come to life, quickly transforming into a dynamic, ethical agricultural enterprise guided by a profound respect for natural cycles. Today, Cà de Bì is an agritourism and a living farm with a very short supply chain.
Visiting this peaceful haven, you’ll discover:
- The Camosciata delle Alpi Goats (Alpine Goats) and Cheeses: The beating heart of the production are over twenty goats. Their high-quality milk, processed directly in the company’s dairy, creates fresh and aged cheeses, yogurts, and ricottas of extraordinary authenticity, all available at the farm shop.
- A Large Animal Family: In addition to goats, strolling around the farm you’ll encounter donkeys, geese, chickens, rabbits, busy bees, and the guard dog Jack. A rural ecosystem where animal welfare is the priority.
- Experiences and Activities: We periodically organize cheesemaking workshops, “farm snacks,” tastings, and special events like the Spring Birth Festival.
This year, we’re hosting a “Sunday Lunch.” There’s even a charming treehouse.
A magical meeting place in Ome, where time slows down and nature welcomes you once again.
