Casolet is a short-aged (20-60 days) table cheese with a square or triangular shape.

Produced with partially skimmed cow’s milk, it is a soft and lean cheese, with a delicate taste, which combines tradition and modern nutrition.


Casolet can be bought at CISSVA‘s store in Iseo, the Sorelle Bonardi shop in Iseo and in many others.
