Formaggelle are small cow’s milk cheeses that take their name from the area of origin. Round or cylindrical in shape, they differ from each other for the seasoning and for the flavour due to different pastures, climatic variations and different production methods.

It is possible to find this type of cheese in several shops and farmhouses in the area.
