Franciacorta is the result of the art of creating harmony between ancient knowledge, passed down through generations, and technological evolution. The perpetuation of tradition in the hands of curious winegrowers, always ready to work on every single bottle. Thanks to a production method regulated by strict and scrupulous standards, this wine has become synonymous of absolute quality, obtained through grapes of noble vines, harvested by hand, naturally fermented in the bottle and subjected to a slow maturation on the yeasts – not less than 18 months, 30 months for Millesimati and 60 months for Riserve.

Franciacorta, produced with Chardonnay, Pinot nero and Pinot Bianco grapes, is an ideal wine for every meal: from the aperitif to main courses, from the easiest to the most complex recipes. It shows an intense, straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is characteristic of bottle fermentation: hints of bread and yeast crust, enriched with delicate notes of citrus fruit and dried fruits such as almond, hazelnut, dried figs. A savory, fresh, fine and harmonious taste.
