Pasta, love and a touch of creativity! Join me in my home kitchen in Iseo, for a warm, authentic and hands-on cooking experience. In a small group we’ll make fresh egg pasta from scratch: tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra, learning mixing, rolling and shaping. Then we’ll prepare two light vegetarian sauces: basil & lemon pesto and a cherry tomato & rucola (rocket) sauce. To finish, we’ll make a classic Tiramisù. Finally, we’ll sit down together and enjoy everything we’ve cooked, paired with a refreshing glass of wine. Recipe book, equipment and an apron are included.
