The Curtense microbrewery was born in 2011. The main objective of the brewery is to producegenuine and natural beers.
The beers are all raw and refermented in bottle or keg. In addition to a great deal of work, there is a careful search for raw materials that guarantee a fresh taste and aroma typical of an artisanal product.
The peculiar Monterotondo water then makes the product unique. There is no addition of carbon dioxide, all ferment naturally, without the addition of additives.
