The Mazzucchelli Mazia butcher shop has been producing Monte Isola’s salami for over fifty years as tradition requires, thanks to the presence of the slaughterhouse of their property where all the stages of preparation and production take place.
The sale of local products such as salami, cold cuts, beef, pork and cheese takes place historically in the store in Siviano (Monte Isola).
