Silter Dop
Obtained with partially skimmed raw milk of alpine brown cows, with a cooked paste and long maturation, Silter Dop has a hard to extra hard consistency.
The seasoning lasts from 12 to 24 months. The taste is sweet and delicate with the aroma of milk and vegetable essences. It can become intense with a light savoury tip; the shape is cylindrical.
The Silter Dop can be bought at the CISSVA‘s store in Iseo, the Sorelle Bonardi shop in Iseo, the Cooperativa Agricola della Val Palot in Pisogne and during the weekly markets of the area.
