Az. Agricola Lert

The Lert farm, in addition to the breeding of its animals, is engaged in the production of excellent goat cheeses, jams, and olive oil.

The cheeses are produced with only Adamello blonde goat milk and processed in the dairy adjacent to the stable through a traditional process, without the addition of molds or yeasts and enzymes, only rennet of animal origin is used.

There has recently been the addition of a laboratory to produce delicious fruit and vegetable jams and finally, thanks to the company’s olive groves, from the traditional milling done in the village oil mill they obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
