On the occasion of the Festival Franciacorta 2024 - which will take place from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th September - we are waiting for you at the cellar for an entire weekend of taste.
During the three days of the Festival Santus will be open all day for Santus & Street Food BBQ 🍔 and you will have the opportunity to taste two Franciacorta wines paired with two different artisanal mini buns by Wallace Carrara BBQ:

• pulled pork mini bun with coleslaw salad and BBQ sauce;
• mini brisket bun with fennel, oil and lemon, and slightly spicy mayonnaise.

For the kids there is a dedicated menu with beef hamburgers and chips, accompanied by a bottle of water. During the chosen time, it will be possible to visit the cellar, where the production method of Franciacorta and the Santus company philosophy will be illustrated, offering a complete and immersive experience in the world of wine and gastronomy.

But that is not all! We are also waiting for you at the Santus Dopo Festival, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September from 7 to 9.30 pm. A glass of Franciacorta accompanied by an aperitif by Wallace Carrara BBQ:

• Baltimore Pit Beef mini canapé with lime cream cheese and mint lettuce;
• Smoked salami crostini and WCB sauce;
• Bruschetta with smoked confit cherry tomatoes;
• Fried mixes of cheddar nuggets, onion rings and polenta sticks.
