The cycle path of the Oglio river was nominated by the jury for the Green Road Award "the most beautiful cycle path in Italy" in 2019. This cycle path starts from Passo del Tonale (1888m above the sea level) down to the Po valley, where the Oglio flows into the river Po.

The itinerary includes four days by bike between the upper and middle Valle Camonica, Lake Iseo with Monte Isola, and Franciacorta. The tour starts from the meeting point of the two springs that form the Oglio river in Ponte di Legno (BS), then descends along the Valle Camonica. In this valley there are the rock engravings - first Unesco site in Italy - and it was also named a Biosphere Reserve in 2018.
We will cycle along the eastern side of Lake Iseo arriving at Monte Isola, the largest inhabited lake island in Europe, whose beauty convinced the famous artist Christo to create one of his latest masterpieces right here: "The Floating Piers".
We will spend the last day in Franciacorta, a land known throughout the world for its wine.

Susanna Allegri, certified MTB guide (MTB National Academy) and Environmental Excursionist (AIGAE), will be with you throughout the entire itinerary. In just 4 days you will cross a variety of landscapes that will leave you speechless.

Departure approximately at 9 am, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Hours may vary according to the season.

Place:
- Lovere: tourist harbour (parking space in Via Giorgio Paglia);
- Pisogne: railway station (Brescia - Iseo - Edolo line);
- Ponte di Legno: parking of the Ponte di Legno - Tonale cable car.

Participants who reach Pisogne by train from Brescia can be taken back, on the day of the last stage, from Franciacorta to Brescia's station, at an additional fixed cost of €80.

Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the experience, with the only possibility of postponing the experience to another date.

What is included

Muscular MTB with helmet and lights, certified MTB guide for four days, ferry ticket to Monte Isola including bicycle transport, authorized transport to reach the starting point of the first day (Ponte di Legno), collection and return of bicycles, insurance.

To know:
Tour for families with children from 14 years old.
The helmet is mandatory.
Overnight stays can be organized independently, as you can choose from many different solutions. Only the places and neighboring places for the three nights will be communicated by the organization. If you deem it more convenient, the organization will provide you with the contact details of a trusted agency that will book the location for you.
For the preparation of the backpack or travel bags, you will be provided with all the information on what to bring, once the booking has been made.
