Festival Franciacorta 2025 – Santus
On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September, Santus opens its doors for a special weekend dedicated to the Franciacorta Festival 2025: a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of Franciacorta through a programme full of experiences to live among the vineyards and the cellar.
There are three proposals to discover the identity of our cellar:
- SANTUS & PIZZA – guided tours with tasting and gourmet pizzas
- VERTICAL IN JEROBOAM – an exclusive tasting of three vintages in a special format
- SOUND PARTY – aperitif with vinyl music and Franciacorta by the glass.
Whether you want to learn more about our history, discover the nuances of our wines or simply enjoy an aperitif with music, we wait for you in the cellar to share the Franciacorta Festival 2025 with us.
SANTUS & PIZZA
Cellar visits, gourmet pizzas and glasses of Franciacorta: the recipe of our Festival
Our cellar will be open from 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st for two special days of visits and tastings.
Take part in guided tours to discover the production method, our philosophy and the way in which we bring the identity of the territory in every glass.
At the end of the visit, you can taste our Franciacorta paired with the long-leavened gourmet pizzas prepared by Salamensa Gruppo Dal Dosso.
Our proposals:
- Pizza with Cantabrian anchovies (Nardin anchovies, Masseria Dauna tomato, buffalo mozzarella from Campania, capers and oregano from Pantelleria)
- Pizza with Langhirano ham (24-month-old Sant’Ilario ham, stracciatella from Puglia, fiordilatte and basil)
- Classic Margherita with buffalo mozzarella from Campania, Masseria Dauna tomato and fresh basil.

VERTICAL JEROBOAM
Three Vintages x Three Liters
A rare opportunity: a vertical tasting of three vintages of Franciacorta served in Jeroboam format, the large 3-liter format that maximizes the evolution of the wine over time.
The tasting will be led by Gianfranco Pagano and Alessandro Santini, our winemaker. A two-voice dialogue between technique and experience, to describe the work in the vineyard, the profile of the vintages and the choice of the special format.
The experience is reserved for a maximum of 25 participants, to ensure an intimate atmosphere, dedicated to enthusiasts and those who want to learn more about this topic.
Cost of the experience: 60€ per person

SOUND PARTY
Aperitif in the cellar
Celebrate with us the evenings of the Franciacorta Festival 2025: Friday 19th and Saturday 20th from 7 pm, aperitif with DJ set by @vini_e_vinili.
Santus Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero will be accompanied by the food of Salamensa Gruppo Dal Dosso (savory tartlet with gorgonzola and walnuts, savory financier with smoked trout and cream cheese, savory cream puff filled with tuna sauce and capers, spelt crackers with Cantabrian anchovies).

What is included: 1 glass of Franciacorta, 1 food plate and live DJ set live on vinyl.
