The villa is located in Branico, a village in Costa Volpino (Bergamo), recently renovated facing Lake Iseo, and it’s surrounded by a large garden with olive trees.
It offers a spacious living room with a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, a large kitchen complete with appliances, a double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds plus the possibility of inserting, in one of the bedrooms, a cot for children under 3 years of age.
A bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with shower/turkish bath, a veranda with a lage window used as a reading room with direct access to the garden. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing room.
The garden facing the lake is equipped with outdoor furniture, table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
There is a garage with automatic closing and space for 2 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
