Az. Agricola Gippone
The Azienda Agricola Gippone is renowned for the production of typical products such as cured meats, such as lamb ham, goose ham and a variety of salami.
In addition to animal husbandry, they have more than 300 fruit plants such as: apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots, cherries, figs, chestnuts, grapes, raspberries; used in the productio of homemade jams, sweets and dessert offered on the farm.
The garden offers, instead, delicious seasonal vegetables that are used for the preparation of succulent dishes.
