Az. Agricola Lert
Farmers by tradition.
“Migrated” from the nearby Val Trompia on Lake Iseo, there have been five generations of goat and cattle farmers.
We have remained Maintainers of the land and Cheesemakers, thanks to the knowledge and stories, passed on by those who learned before us.
The farm is committed to raising and saving from extinction the Adamello Blond Goats, and processing their milk into excellent goat cheeses.
We also raise sheep, calves, ponies, donkeys, and pigs, the latter processed into our salami and the typical SOPPRESSA DE.CO of Marone.
We cultivate an olive grove (about 600 plants) on the hills of Marone and at the town’s oil mill we process the olives into our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We have a family vegetable garden and an orchard, from these we make jams, preserves and potted vegetables.
We prepare baked goods, such as bread with cracklings, Brescian cookies and typical spongade (Brescian sweet buns).
Company store in via Grumello every day.
Secondary outlet in Marone on Via Roma 38/A on Thursday mornings only.
Home deliveries and shipments are made.
