Latteria Bronzone – tour and tasting to the dairy

Every Saturday, from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, it is possible to carry out a visit followed by a tasting at the Bronzone dairy in Vigolo.

Through this experience you will be able to discover the life of the cheesemaker, from the arrival of the milk to the finished product. Our tasty cheese.
During the visit to the dairy you will be shown the process of transforming milk into cheese and its derivatives, you will see how we produce our Stracchino Bronzone, winner of several awards, ricotta, yoghurts and the inevitable formagella.
Finally we will explain the maturing process that gives the cheese perfect taste and consistency.
At the end of the tour you will taste our products included in an aperitif on a platter accompanied by a good glass of Franciacorta.

Plan:

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the cheesemaker who will accompany you to the dairy laboratories after providing you with the appropriate clothing. Subsequently, you will see the maturing cells to end the tour with product tasting.
