Here, in the heart of Franciacorta, ever since 1898, the big patriarchal Bariselli family has been renewing their passion for their homeland, their respect for traditions and their vocation to hospitality. Those are the fuels that moved Solive over two centuries to become a Farmhouse, a Farm and a Wine Cellar in Franciacorta.
The Bariselli holding extends over an area of 34 hectares, covering the municipalities of Torbiato di Adro and Corte Franca. 31 hectares have been taken over the following varieties of vine: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo and Merlot. 2000 olives were planted along the access path and the raised borders around the fields. Solive is also producer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
