Second floor apartment, without lift, overlooking the shared garden. Excellent cooking area suitable for every need; equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster-grill plate, kettle, crockery, glasses, plates and pots. A bedroom with a double bed and a cot for children if needed. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a quality and French-sized mattress (140 x 190). Free space available for bicycle storage. The structure is equipped with a reserved parking space in the internal courtyard of the condominium. The location is very convenient because, on foot, in a couple of minutes you can reach the splendid lakeside of Sarnico, a supermarket, a pastry shop and a bar with lake view.
