Villa Sveva is located in Monticelli Brusati in the heart of Franciacorta, 5 minutes by car from Lake Iseo, in a convenient position to the main communication routes and services. The apartment is located in the basement of a villa surrounded by a large park and the hills, it is a four-room apartment of about 130 square meters finely furnished, spacious, bright and fresh. From the entrance there is the living area, consisting of a large living room with 30 ” LCD screen, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. You then pass through a handling to the sleeping area where there is a large double bedroom with bathroom window and a walk-in closet with two single beds that can be used as a second bedroom. We give guests the opportunity to use the park for games and relaxation. Free outdoor parking.
