Frantoio Franciacorta

In 2022 (overcoming every difficulty with seriousness, competence and passion), Frantoio Franciacorta was born.

The cold extraction process and direct filtering allow the transformation of olives into extra virgin olive oil and, using a modern and technological milling process, allow the preservation of the qualitative chemical heritage and the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the product.

To obtain the extra virgin olive oil, the process consists of several phases: defoliation, washing, pressing, kneading, centrifuge and, finally, oil extraction; thanks to the ample space available, the customer can follow the whole process.

During the year, Frantoio Franciacorta sells the oil of its production, while, during the months of olive harvest (ie October, November and December), the service of milling and filtering is offered to third parties.

Upon reservation, guided tours and sensory experiences can be made; the recommended period to fully live the experience is during the pressing of olives.
